  • How do I check the current status of my order?
Kindly use the 'Track Your Order' link which can be found on the top of every page. Once you fill in the necessary details, your query will be sent to our customer service department who will get in touch with you within 24 hours.
If the order is being delivered by our Euro Champ, you can call up on our helpline number and find out the status.
  • How do I contact you regarding my order?

  • What payment options are available?
You can purchase or book online using your Credit Card or HDFC Debit Card.
You can pay by cash on delivery.
  • I ordered and received a confirmation number at checkout, and I'm sure I included my valid e-mail address, but I have not received an e-mailed order acknowledgement yet, how come?
There could be a possibility of your mail server treating our mail as spam and have put our email in your Junk folder. If this is the case, kindly put the eurekaforbes.com domain in your white-list to allow all emails from Eureka Forbes website.

  • What are your shipping charges?
There are no shipping charges applicable at this time.
  • Can I send gifts to my friends and relatives through Eureka Forbes?
Yes indeed! While ordering an item simply put the billing address as yours and the shipping address of the person whom you wish to gift the item to. The product shall be delivered to the shipping address and the bill to the billing address.
  • Can I cancel an order or change the order once it is placed?

Our Non-Indian residents/customers can use their International Credit Cards to make payment for their orders. We accept all major credit cards from MasterCard, Visa (Domestic & International).
