| What do I do in case I receive a defective / damaged item from Eureka Forbes Limited? |

| If an item ordered by you on Eureka Forbes is delivered to you in a damaged / defective condition, please email us at customerservice@eurekaforbes.com for a replacement. When we ship out the replacement item to you, we will also have the defective / damaged item picked up from you at our cost. |

| To provide you a worry free shopping experience on Eureka Forbes Limited, we offer you a No Questions Asked Return Policy. Within 7 days of receiving your shipment, you may return any unopened item in its original packaging, for a refund (excluding shipping costs). |

| Incase of any kind of malfunctioning or defect, the item will need to be taken to the nearest customer service centre. |

| When you return your product, just indicate the reason for your return in a short note (if you feel like it!), put the item and the note with the order number into a secure package, affix our address note (our return address is given below) and send it through a reliable courier or mail it to us. | Within what time period do I have to return the product? |

| You need to return any product bought from Eureka Forbes within a period of seven days from the receipt of the shipment. |

| How and when will I get my refund? |

| Upon receipt of your package with the item in it, we will initiate the refund process. The refund will be made to the same payment option(s) originally used to pay for the order. Please note that in case you have used any vouchers, gift coupons, reward points, we can only refund your account against these specific options and we will not be able to return the same as a cheque. |
